Mobile bar Service Options
We offer two all-inclusive mobile bar service options: The cash (pay bar) service and the free bar service. Both of these options include all necessary bars, bartenders, drinks, glassware, ice, tills and bar equipment. All our bartenders wear smart black uniforms, are chosen from our own database and include professional mixologists and flair artists. Delivery charges are free for the first 100 miles and 75p per mile thereafter.
Cash Bar Service:
For parties between 100 and 250 guests
We charge a flat fee of £950 + VAT for this mobile bar service plus all monies taken over the bar. An additional administration fee of £60 + VAT is chargeable for licence procurement. Please note that a licence is required, by law, to retail alcohol. Our team is very experienced in the recent legislation and will be happy to discuss your bar licensing requirements with you should you need a helping hand in this complicated area!

Drinks menu and prices
Drinks are usually charged at 2.50 or 3.00, with cocktails being charged at 4.00 each. You will be able to choose a full drinks menu for your cash bar which can include draught as well as packaged products, cocktails and Champagne.
Free Bar Service:
We charge £20 + VAT per guest (minimum of 100 guests applies) for a bar menu that does not include cocktails and £22.50 + VAT for a bar menu that does include selected cocktails. A free bar service does not require a licence and bar opening times are for a maximum of 8 hours.
We have included two sample bar menus in the product list page on this website to get you started on your bar menu, although drinks can nearly always be tailored to requirements. Please note that we do not provide Champagne within the free bar service although our bartenders are happy to serve yours for you is you should wish. Alternatively, we can supply Champagne for you for through our supplier for a 10% handling fee.
Dry Bar Hire:
You can also hire our mobile bars on their own, and stock and staff them yourselves. Our bars come in portable modular lengths and can be cleverly designed to fit your event space – so L shaped bars, rounded square bars and V shaped bars are all possible (although please see our bar hire tips for a word of warning about square or rectangular bars).
You can choose from a range of mobile bar designs: bamboo, illuminated, glossy white/black, traditional wood, or even tiger stripe and fluffy pink! A complete bar hire is £750 + VAT and includes:
- Up to 6 metre adjustable bar counter
- 2 metre back bar unit
- 2 stainless steel refrigerators
- Internal cocktail preparation area
- Optic rail and 6 x 25ml optic
Draught equipment is £35 + VAT per line and our bar ancillary kits are £50 + VAT. An extensive range of glassware is also available to hire for 25p per glass (hired clean/returned dirty).
